The report consists of all of the pertinent photos from the inspection and a list of the homes major and minor defects. It will also include helpful maintenance tips and possible corrective actions. Our reports are substantially longer and more in depth than our competitors.
We are licensed and certified to handle your wood destroying insect inspection as well as your pool  and spa inspection. Your inspection will reveal the extent to which a specialist for mold might be needed.
Foundation, grading and drainage, roof covering and structure, electrical systems, plumbing systems, water heater and hvac equipment, air distribution ducting, attic insulation, most built in appliances.
At the very least we recommend that you are present at the end of the inspection for the summation. During the summation you’ll be presented with all of the photos taken during the inspection. We will discuss any defects found and answer any questions that you have about the property.
The size, age and condition of your home will determine the length of the inspection.The average inspection may last up to four hours. It’s not uncommon for DBL Check LLC to send multiple inspectors to larger properties in order to reduce the over all time of the inspection.
Each inspector comes equipped with an electronic lock box key. Your realtor does not need to provide us with a code as each key has its own unique identifier. If no lock box is present the sellers agent should provide DBL Check LLC with access.
